How my journey began

My name is Jessee Hyden. I have been married to my husband Kyle for 16 years and we have two beautiful girls and two crazy dogs.

In 2019 I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s, an autoimmune condition that affects my entire body and my moisture producing glands. I lived for years with daily migraines, fatigue, dizziness, joint pain, brain fog, anxiety, stomach upset and depression. After being told my symptoms weren’t “bad enough” and not getting any relief, I decided there had to be a better way to support my health. The fifth doctor that I saw finally pointed me towards nutrition and after much research I made several food and lifestyle changes which started improving my symptoms slowly. After seeing success in my own journey I decided to enroll in the Nutritional Therapy Association and get certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner so I could help others the same way I helped myself.

I’m here to tell you that your body is always healing. I want to help you find the triggers that are preventing your body from reaching homeostasis. Once we get in tune with our bodies and are able to identify our stressors we can avoid the negative and make the positives a priority. Through the journey we will see progress which will be your motivation and I will be your biggest cheerleader!

You can’t heal a body you hate.
